ABOUT THE PRESIDENT
Jerry Ervin is a dynamic speaker, trainer and organizational consultant. His powerful, thought provoking and motivational presentations have helped many to break out of the rut of normal day to day living and move towards living life with purpose and passion.
Jerry is a Certified Trainer/Facilitator and a Certified Leadership Coach. He has trained corporate leaders, adults and youth in the areas of leadership, communication, team building, conflict resolution, adapting to change, and many other life skills topics.
Over the past 16 years, Jerry has worked for small, medium, and large companies including Procter & Gamble, Motorola, The Arizona Republic, CheckFree and Robbins Gioia Consulting. As a corporate trainer, organizational development specialist and senior consultant, Jerry partnered with business leaders and CEOs to help carry their organizations to the next level through: leadership development, team building, organizational development, project management, and process improvement.
In addition to his professional career for the past 8 years, Jerry has volunteered as a Youth Leader and was instrumental in launching both a successful high school youth program and a middle school youth program. In 2009, Jerry started Kre8tive Kids, an organization dedicated to training, coaching and equipping today's kids and youth to be successful in tomorrow's society. The emphasis of Kre8tive Kids is character building.
